Returns and Exchanges

At Charlene Tang, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All our pieces are hand-crafted with the most unique and authentic materials, devoting attention to details and maximum quality.

all exchanges must be processed within 7 days of the original purchase. Pieces must be unworn and with its complete original packing and including its receipt.

Please make note of the error or specific defects, and include your name and address for reference. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a trackable method (such as UPS or Fed-Ex). Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number for your protection, items should be insured for their full value.

Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange or store credit.

If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by Charlene Tang,
shipping costs will be covered by us.

CharleneTang items are handcrafted in our studio in Venice, California. All sales are final. Charlene Tang does not offer refunds. Returns are valid within 7 days of purchase and can be used for exchanges or store credit. A valid receipt must be present at the time of exchange. Charlene Tang will not exchange or credit any returned purchase that is deemed worn or damaged.

Import Duties & Taxes

If you are outside the US, your country’s customs might charge an import fee. A quick web search will probably help you find out if this is applicable in your country. To get an estimate, we recommend contacting your customs offices directly.
